Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms appeared more spacious but were very noisy in the mornings. They were clean and well presented, even though located in the attic. The service was friendly and helpful, but at times, it felt a bit overwhelming. The location was ideal, close to many attractions. The dining was a bit lacking in quality, although room service was available. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel was lovely and well-furnished, located perfectly for a visit to the theatre with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to public transport. However, the entrance to the car park was a bit difficult to find due to the one-way system.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms needed a good clean due to dust and cobwebs in both the bedroom and bathroom. It was convenient to have parking and the breakfast was nice. The room was lovely, but the stairs were a challenge for me since I had a broken arm and used a crutch. I missed having coffee facilities in the room.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were comfy and clean, with an excellent breakfast to kickstart the day. However, the proximity to the noisy laundry room made mornings a bit less peaceful. The location was ideal for exploring the charms of Stratford, but a room placement near the top of the stairs was a downside worth noting.
The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the town center and attractions. The rooms were attractively furnished but were very warm until we requested a room with air conditioning. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, with limited options, but the facilities were well-maintained and cozy.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent, but the stairs were a challenge for me due to my arm injury. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, although the room was not as nice as expected. The location was ideal for exploring Stratford, but the room was smaller and darker than anticipated.
